Celebrities are virtually at the peak of anything that is happening in our world today. The wine industry is one industry that comes as a family tradition passed down from generation to generation. I mean there are wine making families and regions of the world. James Keenan was from one of them. He came from the northern Italian wine makers. So apart from his musical career he is into the wine making industry. The name of his wine is the Caduceus wine which was named after an old symbol for commerce and the staff of a Greek god called Hermes. The taste of the Caduceus wine is said to be very good coupled with the nice smell from well nourished grapes.

Keenan has a vineyard and a winery where the caduceus wine is said to be produced. It was also said that he poured out his late mother’s ashes on his vineyard. A lot of variety of the caduceus wine has being produced. This caduceus wine includes the Nagual del Judith, the Sancha, the Nagual de la Naga and the Nagual del Sensei. Celebrities are generally into wine whether or not they are involved in its production. I mean it is so clear that they attend a lot of dinners and parties that range from birthdays to cocktails. Wines including the caduceus wine are all used in these parties.

It is because of this that the average celebrity should have a tongue that can taste a good wine and a nose that can smell one. So it is also not difficult to see why Keenan and his caduceus wine have being making a good name for themselves. The caduceus wine and cellars is a winery that is located in Arizona, the Verde Valley to be precise. This is of course in the United States.

  • 1/4 cup soup base (chicken flavor)
  • 1/8 cup Braggs Aminos or Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 3 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cups Black Eye Peas
  • 2 cups of salad shrimp for the non vegetarians)
Instructions
  1. Combine the beans/blackeyed peas, mushrooms, garlic, tofu, 1 tablespoon ginger, water, bouillon, Braggs, sesame oil, hot sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and vinegar in the pressure cooker. Cook on high for 25 minutes. Quick release the pressure on your bean soup sweet and sour and serve.
  2. Set the bowl of shrimp for the omnivores to add to the the bean soup sweet and sour as they wish.
  3. You can adjust the flavor by increasing or decreasing the vinegar, hot sauce, and sweet and sour sauce. If your family or guests do not like spicy serve the hot sauce as a condiment.

  • 2 cloves of Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Ginger minced
  • 1 Small Onion Diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs Soy Sauce or Braggs Amino Acids
  • 12 cups water
  • 1 Tbs Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 pounds dried Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
  • 1 cup fresh Cranberries
Instructions
  1. Using Cuisinart Pressure Cooker saute the garlic, ginger, onion and pepper in the olive oil when the onion is soft add the Soy Sauce or Braggs Amino Acid and the water. Add the spices, dried beans and the cranberries.
  2. Close the pressure cooker and and set to high and 60 minutes. Use quick release to release the pressure and serve. If you like softer beans add 5 minutes to the cook time.

  • 1 can cream of coconut divided
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp

  • 3 Tbsps heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsps sherry
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsps water
Instructions
  1. Set aside 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  2. In remaining cream of coconut add cayenne and salt.
  3. dip shrimp in coconut mixture then flour…repeat with all shrimp.
  4. Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden, then drain.
  5. Heat the 1/4 cup of saved cream of coconut, with the heavy cream and sherry to boiling.
  6. Mix water and flour together, add to boiling mixture to thicken
